He ao te rangi ka uhia, he huruhuru te manu ka tau  As clouds bedeck the sky so feathers adorn the bird Azris Limited was established in 2004 with the specific aim to provide quality resources to early childhood centres, nga kohanga reo, schools and Maori language immersion schools.  This intent arose from our involvement in the education sector and the continual observation of the lack of educational games that are fun, easy to use, promote the uniqueness of Maori culture and the wider New Zealand culture and most importantly encourages and fosters learning based on sound educational learning theories.  Azris  has been established to meet this challenge as we believe that we know what works for children’s cognitive and entertainment needs. Azris aims to challenge the way that educators, teachers, parents and whanau think about the process of learning and teaching through creating games and resources that push the boundaries and unlock learning potential.
